Job Details: This position will provide Senior Level IT Support to our customers with a wide scope of responsibilities including: end user support, resolving network infrastructure issues, new computer builds, new server builds, application support, etc. You will also be responsible to: Update and create customer infrastructure documentation. Work on projects with minimal supervision. Audit client hardware and software on a regular basis. Take the lead and become the expert in at least one technology used by the company. On-Call required every 2 months for one week. Other projects and duties as assigned

Responsibilities and Duties

This position will provide Senior Level IT Support to our customers with a wide scope of responsibilities including: end user support, resolving network infrastructure issues, new computer builds, new server builds, application support, etc. You will also be responsible to: Update and create customer infrastructure documentation. Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT. A comprehensive understanding of: -Microsoft Windows Operating systems XP through Windows 10 -Windows Server 2003 through 2016 -Microsoft Exchange -Microsoft Office 365 -Active Directory -Group Policy -Managed switches/VLANs -Firewalls preferably SonicWALL and Fortinet. -VoIP phone systems -DNS, Domains and DHCP Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of issues from application support to complex server and infrastructure issues. Act as project lead in new server/domain set up and configurations Customer service skills required. This skill is as important as your IT knowledge. Ability to work independently or as a team player. Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, high energy, and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation Apple IOS experience a plus, Microsoft Certifications a plus. Previous experience at IT Support company a plus.
